Welcome to Squawk, currently in beta. Squawk is operated by The Maverick Agency LLC, doing business as Squawk. By using Squawk, you agree to these terms.

1. What Squawk Is

Squawk generates astrology readings for entertainment and self-reflection. Squawk is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance for any condition, including ADHD. If you are facing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Beta Status

Squawk is in active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and you may encounter occasional downtime or bugs as we improve the app. We will do our best to give notice of significant changes.

3. Your Account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in. You must be at least 16 years old to use Squawk.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Squawk is currently free to use during beta. When paid subscriptions launch:

• Pricing will be stated plainly before you subscribe.
• Payment will be processed by Stripe. Squawk does not store your card details.
• You can cancel anytime, and cancellation will be simple and self-service.
• We will not gate a feature that was previously included in your plan.
• Charges will appear on your billing statement under The Maverick Agency LLC, or a similar descriptor referencing Squawk.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Squawk to harass others, attempt to access other users’ accounts, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Squawk app, its design, and its written content belong to Squawk. The readings generated for your account are yours to read and use personally, please do not redistribute or resell them.

7. Disclaimers

Squawk is provided “as is.” Astrological readings are for entertainment and reflection, we do not guarantee their accuracy or that they will predict real-world outcomes. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Squawk and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Squawk develops. We will update the date above and notify you of material changes.
